Shipping and Complaints
For shipments we use the best national couriers who guarantee good delivery times throughout the territory.
International shipments are handled from time to time depending on the country of destination and the volume of the goods.
The customer has a maximum of 15 calendar days, starting from the date of receipt of the goods, to communicate any defects and / or anomalies found. The complaint must be made by sending an email to the following address: email@example.com and must include the following information:
invoice number and date
brief description of the defect found
photo of the defect
