International shipments are handled from time to time depending on the country of destination and the volume of the goods.

 

 

Complaints
 

The customer has a maximum of 15 calendar days, starting from the date of receipt of the goods, to communicate any defects and / or anomalies found. The complaint must be made by sending an email to the following address: orchideamilano.assitenza@gmail.com and must include the following information:

  • invoice number and date

  • item number

  • brief description of the defect found

  • photo of the defect
